Avelon Next now supports the epay in-store payment solution from Euronet Merchant Services.

With this integration, retailers using Avelon Next can connect their POS directly to the epay pinpad flow, making card payment handling smoother and more reliable at checkout.

Also this integration is built into our critical-section management layer. That means payment operations are protected against interruptions such as power loss, network failure, or unexpected POS shutdowns.

In practical terms: Avelon Next keeps track of the payment process as a controlled external operation, so the POS and payment provider cannot silently drift into inconsistent states. If something goes wrong mid-transaction, the system can recover, verify the real payment outcome, and continue from the correct state.
